Business Developer Credit Risk Reporting

If so, then the role of Business Developer Credit Risk & Granular Reporting is an interesting position for you.
The GREAT team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of multiple (granular) reports and Dashboards on Credit Risk MI and external reporting. The key focus of the team is the implementation and improvement of the Distressed Debt Management (DDM), Credit Risk MI (CRMI), Crisis (ad hoc) Reporting and internal and external reporting on Leveraged Transactions. These are all high priority reports for internal steering purposes but have a strong regulatory dimension as well.
As a Business Developer Credit Risk reporting in the GREAT team your primary responsibilities will be:
- Refine and translate stakeholder requirements in to concrete work for the team to implement.
- Functional (data) testing, Data analysis & Data Quality Issue management, analyse and answer stakeholder questions.
- Manage the overall implementation of larger epics including dependencies with other parties including organisation and support of user acceptance testing.
- Improve the end-to-end processes and our Control Framework (e.g. reconciliation with other external reports).
- Participate in larger improvement programs in the bank.
The Reporting Grid is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), our responsibility is to implement and maintain reporting for our internal and external (regulatory) stakeholders.
The GREAT team is a multidisciplinary and international team that combines business developers and IT Engineers to achieve its objectives and operates in an agile (scrum) setting. The atmosphere is very dynamic since we work on high priority projects, we work hard but there is plenty room for humour and enjoyment. We work in a hybrid way (max 2 days per week in office and the rest from home).
The team is part of a cluster of multiple teams that work on granular reporting topics.
In GREAT a very comprehensive data store is created where we receive data from all entities (in the Finance and Risk Information Model) and integrate this with a large number of central sources and other data to deliver our granular reports / data sets and Dashboards.
The GREAT team currently works with SAS, SQL Server and Power BI as main tools. In 2025 we will start to migrate to the new Finance and Risk Landscape as part of the COMPASS program (broad finance and risk improvement initiative), where the tooling will be MS Data Bricks and Power BI.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with data models, data analysis, and testing.
- Experience with Credit Risk / Credit Risk Reporting.
- Strong techno-functional skills.
- Expertise in requirement setting and refinement.
- You find documentation important (knowledge of BCBS 239 is a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Pré: knowledge of FINREP and / or COREP, experience with working in large programs.
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
