As a Chapter Lead, you'll be part of a dynamic environment with evolving financial services technology. We value knowledge sharing and mutual support to continually enhance our skills. As a Chapter Lead for GenAI, you will help build and maintain a central capability for GenAI, supporting department scalability in implementing GenAI use cases. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about pioneering financial services technology and developing a central Machine Learning (ML) platform to meet evolving business needs.
You should identify gaps and propose necessary improvements, whether in process management or infrastructure. You will help the department meet its delivery goals, solve complex technical problems, manage stakeholders, and unify teams as needed.
Roles and responsibilities include establishing effective ways of working, collaborating closely with business teams and central ABN AMRO platform teams to implement AI/GenAI use cases, ensuring smooth IT operations, and guiding the team through decision-making and problem-solving. Your knowledge of data engineering, Azure infrastructure, and experience with complex IT system setups will be crucial to achieving the bank's overall data and AI strategy.
You will also enhance the IT craftsmanship of your Chapter members, supporting and guiding them as they experiment and grow. You and your team have the flexibility to decide when and where you work most comfortably and effectively, embracing a hybrid working model

This begins with simpler, faster (and thus digital) processes to improve the day-to-day experience of our clients and employees. ABN AMRO is re-imagining its lending services to stay relevant in a rapidly changing world. This journey requires us to apply more data-driven and integrated solutions with external partners through our Future Credits Domain program. • AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals and/or others
