As a Business Analyst Credit Risk Data, you'll play a crucial role in building the credit platform of the future.

Your job

Join our team focused on creating data-driven solutions using cutting-edge cloud-based technologies. You'll manage critical datasets vital for Credit Risk Monitoring in the bank and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data availability for our key consumers at the Finance & Risk and Credits departments. You'll translate data needs into sourcing requirements and ensure output aligns with the Credits Business Data Model of the bank. Over time, you'll deepen your understanding of our datasets and systems, identifying solutions to enhance data quality and resolve data gaps.

As a Business Developer Credit Risk Data:

  • Develop data requirement documents for credit risk processes
  • Translate complex data requirements into practical data driven solutions
  • Implement and monitor data transformations to improve clarity and insight
  • Identify and resolve quality problems in our data
  • Stimulate (agile) collaboration and motivate team efforts

Working Environment

You will work in the Credits Capability Grid department. Our aim: to drive the bank towards data-driven Credit Risk management by enabling exemplary data capabilities. You will work closely together in a professional team of 15-20 colleagues - mainly other analysts and IT teams. You also have daily contact with various internal stakeholders and teams to deliver value.

Your Profile

As a Data Business Analyst, you excel at uncovering the value in vast amounts of customer and credit risk data. You connect the dots and present your analyses in a clear and compelling way. Your strength lies in communicating insights to internal stakeholders in plain language, guiding them to translate data into evidence-based credit risk management decisions. Your ability to collaborate and build trust empowers you to drive meaningful change within the organization.

Your profile:

  • Pro-active attitude, with care for details and ensuring accuracy
  • A team player who stimulates collaboration and who keeps stakeholders close
  • A relevant university degree or diploma
  • 2-5 years experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or credit sector
  • Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and data management
  • Affinity with scrum and agile frameworks
  • Willingness to contribute to a future-proof, sustainable credit system

We Are Offering

Furthermore, we offer:

  • The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 5.112 - max. Eur. 7.303) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and Benefit Budget. A 40-hour workweek is also possible
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year
  • The possibility of hybrid working (in consultation with your team: Tuesdays and Thursdays on site are required)
  • An annual public transport pass
