Mendix Platform Engineer

As a Mendix Platform Engineer, you play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing scalable applications on the Mendix platform. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will work on solutions that optimize business processes and provide our customers with a seamless experience. Your attention to code quality and conceptual thinking will elevate our digital services to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications and generic building blocks on the Mendix platform (versions 8, 9, 10).
- Ensure high-quality and reusable solutions that adhere to REST design principles.
- Work on integrations with external systems via REST APIs.
- Collaborate with designers and backend specialists to create user-friendly and efficient solutions.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing professionalization of our Mendix landscape.

Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in Mendix development (versions 8, 9, 10).
- Minimum Intermediate Mendix certification; Advanced certification is a plus.
- Understanding of REST APIs and design principles.
- Knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or (S)CSS is a plus.
- Strong focus on code quality and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Basic knowledge of Azure (AZ-900 certification).
- Experience with identity & access management (OIDC, OAuth).

- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week*, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
