Digital Officer

As a Digital Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital transformation on AI and other innovations within our bank. You will be part of the Digital Office & Business Analytics Team.

You will be responsible for leading AI-related initiatives, developing and implementing digital strategies, and ensuring the successful integration of new technologies to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

• Lead and manage AI-related projects, including the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to develop and execute digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and drive the adoption of new technologies within the organization.
• Monitor and analyse digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure ABN AMRO Bank Belgium remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital initiatives.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on new digital tools and technologies.

• have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology,…)
• have a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the financial sector,
  taking into account the risk framework
• have excellent project management skills
  with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• are a strong communicator with the ability to work effectively
  with cross-functional teams
• are fluent in Dutch and English. French is plus.
